There's an App for That
Do you remember the days of the Discman and cassette players? Oh, you can never forget those good old VHS movies. Classic. Over the past couple decades, Apple has created some of the most inventive and widely-used gadgets of our time. Although Apple had been creating computers for quite some time, it wasn't until the release of the iPod that the technology of our time really began to develop and revolutionize. In a matter of years, the iPod changed the face of Apple into the household name that it is today.
Thanks to the genius behind the ever-changing iPod, the Apple company has blown up worldwide. From the iPod came the growth and recognition of the now famous iMac and MacBook computers. I am biased when saying this, but my MacBook Pro is easily the best and most user-friendly computer I have ever owned. There are so many shortcuts and tricks that make these computers the most efficient of our time.
Since the growth of both the iPod and Mac computers, other Apple products have since blown up and become iconic for our time and age. Of these products, Apple introduced the world to the iPhone and the iPad. These products give explanation to the slogan, "There's an app for that." By using these products, virtually nothing is off limits to users. There are applications that can be downloaded to these products that allow you to listen to music on the internet, edit pictures, find the cheapest products in your town, look at plane flights, and MANY other things. There are endless amounts of games and interactive activities that you can play against friends and family members who own one of these products. With an iPhone or iPad, the world is at your fingertips (literally)!

As the revolution of Apple continues to change and grow, the company continues to debut new products. From televisions and different television products, to speakers and athletic gear, Apple has completely revamped the meaning of technology. The company is constantly changing and inventing new products or improving upon old ones. Whether we, as individuals, are anti-Apple or pro-Apple, we must accept that as a generation, we most likely will not see the end of Apple's days for awhile to come.
The brains behind this technological transformation have given new meaning to most of the world's view of technology. It almost seems like Apple has a complete monopoly over all things technology-related. Whether it is a personal mp3 device, a computer, a phone, or a television, we are constantly swarmed with the image of the apple. It seems to be a staple of every college freshman's new lifestyle to own a Mac computer or to carry around their iPhone 4 in pristine condition. Regardless of our personal obsession (or lack thereof) with the Apple brand, it's hard to imagine that the overall fanfare will be dying down ANYTIME soon.
