Audrey Hepburn was a well-known woman of her time. Even as a child she was captivated by the arts and wanted to grow up and become a prima ballerina. Dealing with the hardships of the war that took place her time, instead, Audrey took modeling jobs where she learned to work in front of the camera, and eventually, found herself in front of a motion picture camera. Within three years, the whole world would come to know Audrey as Princess Anne in Roman Holiday. And that is how we came to know her, be captivated by her, and why we are still in love with her.
Audrey Hepburn was a fabulous role model that women and young girls strived to be like. She was a beloved actress and an icon of style.

From just that very movie, she had a made a huge media empire surrounding her very character, Holy Golightly. A very poor yet sophisticated woman who yearns on living "the good life" and attempting to marry a wealthy man.
Audrey Hepburn captivated her audience in such a way that viewers cannot seem to ever let go of. This film became an epidemic for young woman. With Audrey's class and elegance, she was able to hold herself in the acting world.
However, Audrey Hepburn wasn't just an actress, she was a woman with a voice. Audrey always considered her work as a UNICEF International Goodwill Ambassador her greatest role.
After fifteen highly successful years in film, Hepburn finally decided to devote more time to her family and only act on occasion. Hepburn's legacy as an actress and a personality has endured long after her death.Even in her last years, she remained a visible presence in the film world. She received a tribute from the Film Society of Lincoln Center in 1991 and was a frequent presenter at the Academy Awards. Hepburn's image is widely used in advertising campaigns across the world.
